Leading accounting and financial control for an international group of companies. Based in Moscow or Rostov-on-Don. Requires experience in commodity trading and international accounting.

Lead the accounting, tax, and financial accounting function of an international group of companies. Build a unified accounting and reporting system across all group companies regardless of country of registration. Organize the work of a team of chief accountants, distributing responsibility and unified work standards. Ensure fast, high-quality, and predictable closing of reporting periods. Build processes so that the Group CFO always receives timely and reliable financial information for business management.

Experience leading the accounting and tax function of an international group of companies. Experience in commodity trading. Deep understanding of how accounting builds a business management system, not just reporting. Practical experience in building an accounting function from scratch or deep transformation of an existing function. Excellent knowledge of Russian accounting standards (RAS), IFRS, international taxation, CFC, transfer pricing, and currency legislation.
