Head of Accounting at a Bank in Moscow. Salary from 150,000 RUB per month, hybrid work. Lead accounting team, improve and automate processes.

We are looking for an employee who will be responsible for the bank's internal accounting, able to manage a team, and improve and automate processes. Responsibilities: - Development, organization, and implementation of accounting in key areas: business transactions; fixed assets. - Improve accounting processes: simplify and standardize regulations, eliminate manual operations, increase transparency and efficiency. - Participate in automation: form requirements for IT systems, launch and support projects to automate accounting processes. - Lead a team of accountants: distribute tasks, control results, develop employees, train and increase team expertise.

Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics Experience in a bank's accounting department from 5 years Deep knowledge of Russian legislation in accounting, tax legislation, and Bank of Russia regulations. Experience in automating accounting processes
