Head of 1C Sales Department
Head of 1C Sales Department, remote, Russia. Income: 300,000 RUB net. Responsibilities include sales funnel development, client acquisition, team management, and reporting. Requires 3+ years of 1C sales leadership experience.
Responsibilities: - Formation and development of the sales department - Building a sales funnel and lead generation system - Attracting new clients and developing existing ones - Participation in negotiations with decision-makers - Monitoring the work of managers and achieving sales plan - Maintaining reporting, analytics, and key department metrics
Candidate Requirements: - Experience managing a sales department in a 1C partner company is mandatory - 3+ years of active sales experience in the 1C sphere - Understanding of the 1C market - Negotiation skills at the executive level - Ability to build a client strategy and systematically manage sales - Fluent speech, initiative, results-oriented
Conditions: - Remote work format - Schedule 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time - Base salary + monthly bonuses
