Growth Marketer at RISINGSTAR. Remote position. Focus on increasing sales through marketplaces, pharmacy websites, and social media, and enhancing brand trust. Requires e-commerce experience and data-driven decision-making.

RISINGSTAR is a Russian manufacturer and supplier of biologically active supplements (BAS) available on major marketplaces and pharmacy chains. We specialize in creating high-quality, safe, and effective health products. Tasks: • Grow RISINGSTAR brand sales through marketplaces, pharmacy websites (Apteka.ru, Zhivika, etc.), and social media. • Increase brand trust.

Sales Channels (core): • Manage sales through WB / Ozon / pharmacy platforms. • Understand audience behavior differences and adapt presentation. • Identify growth points in each channel. Creativity and Conversion: • Increase CTR and card conversion. • Set tasks for banners, cards, videos. • Test hypotheses (not just 'created design and forgot'). Social Media: • Understand how social media affects sales. • Participate in forming content logic (from a marketing perspective, not just SMM). • Connect content → transition → purchase. Analytics and Economics: • Calculate funnels by channel. • Understand unit economics. • Make decisions based on data. Not suitable if you: • Only worked with social media without impacting sales. • Have no e-commerce experience. • Do not work with numbers (CTR, CR, ROMI, etc.). Suitable if you: • Have already grown revenue through e-commerce channels. • Understand the difference between sales channels. • Know how to connect marketing and money.
