Brand Marketer
Premium developer seeks a Brand Marketer with 3+ years of experience in real estate, architecture, or premium services. Responsibilities include brand strategy, content, PR, partnerships, lead generation, and analytics. Location: Taganskaya metro station, Moscow. Offers fixed salary + quarterly bonus.
About the company: Premium developer with a full cycle of services: - Architectural and engineering solutions "from scratch", interior and exterior design - Turnkey construction, reconstruction, technical re-equipment - Own production: natural stone products, furniture, metal structures - Premium natural materials: marble, onyx, granite, designer lighting Target audience: wealthy private clients, commercial real estate developers, architects and interior designers, corporate clients. Areas of responsibility and tasks: 1. Brand strategy and positioning: • Development of the brand platform: Mission, values, USP, brand archetype, positioning • Creation of the brand guideline. Unified communication standard for all channels. • Segmentation and target audience personas: Detailed portraits of 3-5 key segments with CJM (Customer Journey Map) for each. 2. Content strategy: 5-8 key topics linked to the funnel stages. 3. Reputation management and PR • development of a media strategy; preparation of press releases, expert comments, pitching topics to journalists; • monitoring brand mentions, working with reviews; • organizing participation in industry awards and ratings. 4. Partnerships and offline activities • partner collaborations: designers, material suppliers, premium services; • organization of private events; • development of joint offers and cross-promotions with companion brands (premium cars, art, wine). 5. Lead generation funnel and sales integration: - designing CJM for each target audience segment with contact points and triggers - development of premium-level lead magnets; - setting up lead qualification: forms with questions about budget, deadlines, object type - CRM integration: transfer of leads with tags, setting up trigger scenarios. 6. Budgeting and analytics - planning and control of the marketing budget (media, content production, events, PR). - quarterly analysis of channel effectiveness and strategy adjustment; - preparation of reports for management: brand dynamics, ROI, forecast.
Mandatory requirements: • experience as a brand manager / marketer in real estate, architecture, development, or premium services (including hotel business) for at least 3 years; • portfolio with cases of development and implementation of brand strategies for visual/premium niches; • deep understanding of the specifics of premium communications: restrained tone, focus on expertise, value narrative, not "salesiness"; • experience in developing identity, guidelines, positioning, and brand tone of voice; strategic planning skills: annual marketing plans, media strategies, budgeting; • knowledge of analytics and market research tools: Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, Medialogia, Brand Analytics • English language - not lower than Intermediate (work with international trends, suppliers, publications). Will be an advantage: • experience working with architectural bureaus, developers, HoReCa business/premium class; • understanding of the basics of architecture, construction and engineering processes; • copywriting skills for expert and image content; • experience in organizing and conducting offline events: presentations, private viewings, partner events; • ability to work with neural networks for generating ideas and visual concepts.
