Senior GenAI Engineer (LLMs · RAG · ML Systems) at Clarity in Almaty. Full-time, hybrid. Salary $7000-$10000 gross/month. Requires 10+ years ML experience, English B2+.

Creation and development of AI agents that listen to calls and chats in real-time, extract information from client knowledge bases, and draft responses with human oversight.

10+ years of experience with production ML systems. 3+ years of experience developing AI agents and building RAG pipelines. 2+ years of experience with multimodal pipelines (text + voice + screenshots). 9+ months of experience with Google ADK. 3+ years of experience with GCP Vertex AI. 9+ months of experience with Vertex AI RAG Engine. 2+ years of experience with NVIDIA Triton Inference Server. 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes. Fluent English (C1+) (the team is English-speaking).

Hybrid work format only in Almaty (2 days in the office). Flexible working hours, occasional evening calls. Work in a product company.
