Senior GenAI Engineer with 10+ years of ML experience sought by Clarity in Almaty. Full-time, hybrid role focusing on AI agents and RAG pipelines. Salary: $7000 - $10000 gross/month.

Creating and developing AI agents that listen to calls and chats in real-time, extract information from client knowledge bases, and compose draft responses with human oversight.

8+ years of experience in production ML systems. 3+ years of experience developing AI agents and creating RAG pipelines. Experience with LLMs: prompts/tools, search design, LLM evaluation; practical experience with time series analysis (forecasting, change points, drift). 2+ years of experience with Self-Supervised/Weakly-Supervised Learning. 2+ years of experience with multimodal pipelines (text + voice + screenshots). 9+ months of experience with Google ADK. 3+ years of experience with GCP Vertex AI. 9+ months of experience with Vertex AI RAG Engine. 2+ years of experience with GPUs and accelerators. 2+ years of experience with NVIDIA Triton Inference Server. 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes. 10+ years of experience with Python in production. Conversational English C1+ (the team is English-speaking).
