GB Agency is looking for a GenAI / LLM Engineer to work on international projects. Requires experience in ML/NLP/AI and GenAI/LLM. Fully remote.

We are a team of experts in Big Data, Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. We act as an integrator of high-tech solutions: we create intelligent systems that help businesses optimize processes, increase efficiency, and scale. Responsibilities: • Design and develop LLM-based solutions (chatbots, copilots, assistants) • Build and optimize RAG pipelines (retrieval, embeddings, reranking) • Work with LLM APIs and open-source models (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.) • Fine-tune models and improve quality (LoRA, prompt engineering)

• 5+ years of experience in ML / NLP / AI • Practical experience with GenAI / LLM • Experience with RAG evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, DeepEval) • Proficient Python • Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases • Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar • Experience with OpenAI API or open-source LLMs • Understanding of LLM evaluation and prompt engineering • English: B2+
