Fullstack Team Lead: 60% code / 40% management + relocation to Europe (optional)

Fullstack Team Lead (60% coding / 40% management) for a growth-process platform and mobile subscription apps. Salary up to $5,000 gross/month. Poland/Warsaw or Europe, remote worldwide except RF/RB, or hybrid Warsaw.

We are scaling a platform for managing growth processes and a portfolio of mobile subscription applications. Your role: lead a team of 4–5 developers, responsible for release quality, architecture, and people management. This position is for someone who does not want to step away from code but is ready to take responsibility for people and processes.

Commercial fullstack experience with JS/TS and a strong backend background. Experience managing a team, code review, and mentoring. People management skills: feedback, employee development, conflict resolution. Understanding of production systems and IaC. Good expertise in mobile development. Nice to have: React Native, ML/Data integrations, Stripe.

Salary up to $5,000 gross/month. Location: Poland (Warsaw) or other European countries. Full relocation assistance after the probation period if you decide to relocate. Format: remote from anywhere in the world (except Russia and Belarus) or hybrid with an office in Warsaw, your choice.
