Fullstack / Mobile Developer (AI, React, Python / Node.js)

Fullstack/Mobile Developer for AI-powered mobile apps. Office in Limassol, Cyprus. Fast product experiments, compact team, high autonomy. Stack: React, React Native, Python/Node.js.

Launching a new direction within a large product - creating and developing mobile applications with active use of AI tools. We work in the format of fast product experiments: launch MVPs, test hypotheses, analyze metrics, and develop products that show results. The team is compact: Developer + Designer + QA, so the developer will get a high level of autonomy and product influence. Responsibilities: • Quickly create and launch new mobile apps and MVPs; • Develop frontend with React + TypeScript and mobile with React Native; • Develop backend with Python and/or Node.js; • Work with REST API, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis; • Implement gaming and engagement mechanics: challenges, achievements, leaderboards, tournaments, rewards, and progression; • Integrate apps with analytics and internal services; • Make technical decisions independently and choose architecture for MVPs; • Quickly adapt products based on user and business metrics; • Refactor and scale successful MVPs to production quality; • Conduct code reviews, including deep review of AI-generated code; • Actively use Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and other modern AI tools in daily development.

Important: • Commercial development experience with React + TypeScript; • Experience developing mobile applications; • Practical experience with React Native or another modern mobile stack; • Commercial backend experience with Python or Node.js; • Experience with FastAPI / Django / Django REST Framework or NestJS / Express / Fastify; • Experience designing and developing REST APIs; • Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, Redis; • Understanding of client state management: Zustand, Redux Toolkit, React Query, or similar; • Experience writing unit/integration and frontend/mobile tests; • Understanding of Docker and CI/CD; • Experience with code review and independent technical decomposition; • Ability to balance MVP development speed and production code quality; • Real experience using AI tools for development and ability to critically evaluate their output. Nice to have: • Experience in GameDev / gamification; • Experience developing games or working with Unity / Unreal Engine; • Experience implementing tournaments, leagues, challenges, achievements, rewards, and leaderboard systems; • Experience with WebSocket / SSE / real-time systems; • Experience in fintech, trading, betting, iGaming, or entertainment; • Experience with Kafka / event-driven architecture; • Knowledge of OpenAPI, BFF, contract-first; • Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure; • Understanding of OWASP and secure development principles; • Experience with product analytics and product metrics; • Experience in startups or teams with high development speed.
