Fullstack Engineer (React, Node.js)

Sibedge seeks a Senior Fullstack Engineer for hybrid/office work in Tomsk. 6+ years experience, full-time, AI-agent development.

Agentic development is a mandatory part of the role. We are looking for a developer who regularly uses AI assistants and AI agents in their work: in designing and implementing functionality, working with existing code, refactoring, writing tests, finding and fixing errors. It is important not just to use AI for code generation, but to be able to give the agent the necessary context, decompose the task, manage the process of its work and verify the quality of the result. Develop and evolve web applications on React and Node.js. Implement functionality on frontend and backend. Participate in designing technical solutions and integrations. Work with existing codebase, refactor and conduct code review. Participate in estimation and task decomposition. Use AI agents as part of the daily development process. Interact with analysts, QA and team developers.

Commercial fullstack development experience at Middle+/Senior level. Strong React and confident JavaScript/TypeScript. Confident backend development experience on Node.js. Practical experience of regular use of AI assistants and AI agents in development. Good understanding of modern web application architecture, client-server interaction and REST API. Experience with relational databases. Ability to independently design and implement technical solutions, understand existing codebase. Ability to decompose and estimate tasks, argue technical solutions and be responsible for quality of result. Nice to have: Experience developing complex corporate or high-load systems. Experience designing integrations between systems and services. Experience with microservice architecture. Experience participating in early-stage projects and designing solutions from scratch.
