Responsibilities: • Act as a financial partner for the business line and support management decision-making; • Lead the budgeting and regular forecasting process for the assigned unit; • Analyze financial and operational metrics, identify areas for optimization and growth; • Evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives, product launches, and investment projects; • Monitor budget execution, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions; • Build and develop financial models (unit economics, LTV, operational reports); • Prepare analytical materials and presentations for management; • Interact with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, IT) and help them understand the financial implications of decisions; • Implement new and optimize current business processes to improve business efficiency and transparency.
