We are 8blocks.io – a team with 7+ years of experience in developing economic models for startups and Web3 projects worldwide. We create tokenomics that help attract investment, maintain token value, and build a sustainable economy. Our portfolio includes 30+ projects with a total capitalization exceeding $180 million, and our solutions are trusted by 14 investment funds. We are now looking for a strong analyst who can calculate, think, and explain clearly.
▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Develop tokenomics from scratch or refine existing ones ▫️Audit project tokenomics ▫️Build financial models ▫️Model token behavior: impact on product metrics, retention, revenue ▫️Stress testing and model stability checks (best/base/worst case, sensitivity analysis) ▫️Prepare analytical materials and presentations for founders and investors ▫️Visualize and test models (Python) ▪️Key Requirements: ▫️Practical experience in tokenomics development and proven results (cases, models, portfolio, launch participation) ▫️Understanding of: token utility, incentive design, supply/demand dynamics, common tokenomics issues (inflation, price pressure, etc.) ▫️English B2+ (mandatory) ▫️Experience: 3+ years in analytics/finance ▫️Strong financial modeling skills: unit economics, PnL, LTV/CAC ▫️Python (data analysis and visualization) is a plus ▫️DeFi/GameFi experience is a plus ▪️Important! We are not looking for a "tokenomics theorist." We need someone who has already built models and understands where they break in reality.
