Financial Controller & Treasury at Stellar Card, a B2B fintech startup. Remote, full-time, outside Russia. Automate payment processes and manage cash flow.

Stellar Card is a B2B fintech startup and leader in infrastructure for advertising payments. We provide virtual cards for teams to pay for advertising expenses worldwide, including with cryptocurrency. We are a reliable partner for Visa, Mastercard, Stripe and Circle. Your role will include: - Automating payment processes and reporting using n8n and other tools. - Controlling company cash flows: tracking fund movements, including all payouts, transfers, and money in transit. - Conducting reconciliations of balances, fees, and financial operations. - Executing the full payment cycle: reviewing requests, preparing payments, monitoring execution and adhering to the payment calendar. - Working in Airtable, Nocodb, Metabase and other systems: controlling payment requests, correctness of statuses, accounting automation. - Controlling liquidity levels. - Controlling accuracy and completeness of financial data in accounting systems. - Monitoring client top-ups, fees, and service charges. - Analyzing deviations and dynamics of financial indicators. - Controlling closure of management accounting periods.

Experience in finance from 3 years. Understanding of cash flow: payments, transfers, and account balances. Understanding of P&L structure and cash flow movements. English level Intermediate and above. High attention to numbers and pedantry. Initiative in improving processes. Nice to have: Experience with Airtable, Make, n8n or similar tools. Experience in building and automating treasury processes. Skills in financial modeling and cash flow forecasting.

Working day with a convenient schedule 5/2, from 10 to 19 (GMT+3). Fully remote work. Paid vacation and sick leave.
