Financial Controller

Financial Controller at Remoby, a remote international AdTech company. Manage accounting and finances for group entities (Cyprus, Hong Kong).

• Maintain accounting for group companies and control external providers. • Prepare documents and support annual audits. • Handle payroll and participate in employee onboarding. • Work with taxes, IP Box, and R&D expenses. • Control intercompany settlements and document flow. • Interact with tax and government authorities.

• Practical accounting experience in foreign companies. • Good understanding of accrual accounting, period closing, and transaction allocation. • Experience with audits and external accounting providers. • Working English. • Autonomy and willingness to build processes from scratch. • Nice to have: experience with Cyprus/Hong Kong, IP Box, QuickBooks, intercompany settlements, and AdTech/IT.
