Financial Controller & Treasury

Financial Controller & Treasury at Stellar Card, a B2B fintech startup. Full-time remote role responsible for automating payment processes, cash flow control, and reconciliations. Must be outside Russia.

Stellar Card is a B2B fintech startup and leader in advertising payment infrastructure. We provide virtual cards for teams to pay advertising expenses worldwide, including cryptocurrency. We are a reliable partner for Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, and Circle. We are looking for a Specialist in controlling and treasury who doesn't just work with finances, but builds efficient financial processes and automates them. Your role will include: - Automating payment processes and reporting with n8n and other tools; - Controlling company cash flows: tracking fund movements, including payouts, transfers, and money in transit; - Performing reconciliations of balances, fees, and financial operations; - Executing the full payment cycle: checking requests, preparing payments, monitoring execution, and adhering to the payment calendar; - Working in Airtable, Nocodb, Metabase, and other systems: controlling payment requests, status accuracy, and accounting automation; - Controlling liquidity levels; - Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data in accounting systems; - Monitoring client top-ups, fees, and service charges; - Analyzing deviations and dynamics of financial indicators; - Controlling the closing of management accounting periods.

Experience in finance from 3 years; Understanding of cash flow: payments, transfers, and account balances; Understanding of P&L structure and cash flow; English level Intermediate or higher; High attention to numbers and pedantry; Initiative in process improvement. Nice to have: Experience with Airtable, Make, n8n, or similar tools; Experience building and automating treasury processes; Financial modeling and cash flow forecasting skills.
