We are seeking an experienced Finance Team Lead for an iGaming company in Limassol, who will be responsible for financial operations, reporting, and process optimization. You will work closely with the CFO, manage a team, and be responsible for accounting, forecasting, cash flow, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities: • Maintaining financial reporting, P&L, and quarterly closings; • Managing cash flow, forecasting, and performance analysis; • Overseeing accounting, reconciliations, and tax reporting; • Liaising with banks, EMIs, and external partners; • Optimizing financial processes and controls; • Managing and developing the team.

• 3-5 years of experience as a finance professional; • Experience at a senior level or in team management; • Strong skills in P&L, cash flow, and reporting; • Experience with multiple jurisdictions/companies; • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; • Fluent English.
