Finance Director for a fast-growing Health & Wellness Holding Platform in Dubai. Build the finance function from the ground up. Competitive compensation tied to results.

We are looking for a senior finance leader to build the finance function from the ground up for an investment-led holding platform in health, longevity & wellness. The group combines elements of venture building, private equity, and holding-company strategy, and is building/acquiring premium businesses across the ecosystem - including longevity & social wellness clubs, personalized health / compound pharmacy, and media & education platforms. To date, around $10 million has already been invested into the group, with further growth and fundraising discussions underway. What this role will focus on: Building group-level reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and treasury controls; Creating clear 1–3 year financial plans based on shareholder vision and growth priorities; Supporting capital allocation, investment decisions, fundraising readiness, and M&A activity; Establishing scalable, efficient finance processes across a fast-growing multi-entity structure.

Strong hands-on experience building finance functions in a startup, holding, or multi-entity environment; Strong management accounting, cash flow, reporting, and financial modelling skills; Experience with treasury, intercompany flows, and decision support for growth/investment; Commercial mindset with the ability to bring structure without creating bureaucracy; English fluent, Russian language is and advantage.
