Executive Producer (Podcast Production)

SARATORI is looking for an Executive Producer to manage the full production cycle of a podcast after recording, including editing, YouTube packaging, Reels/Shorts, and quality control.

Manage the full production cycle after recording: - Work with the full episode editor and provide feedback. - Control sound, music, titles, facts, names, and details. - Prepare YouTube packaging: title, description, timestamps, thumbnail. - Manage Reels makers and approve Reels/Shorts. - Form a daily queue of ready content. - Constantly maintain a reserve of editors and find new ones. - Monitor YouTube, Reels, and Shorts trends. Main task: build a process so that after recording, Oleg is almost not involved in operations and receives only the finished result.

Main requirement: real experience in video production. Priority for candidates with experience: - in film / TV / video production; - on large YouTube channels; - in interviews, documentaries, or media projects; - as an executive editor / producer. We are not looking for a regular SMM manager. Needed: independence, strong media consumption, editing sense, and ability to manage a creative team. To apply, please provide: 1.
