Branded Merchandise Development and Production Manager

Manager for developing and producing branded merchandise, including apparel, packaging, stationery, souvenirs, and custom orders, with a focus on fashion, retail, and events.

Develop new clothing models and form seasonal collection updates together with the team; select materials, fabrics, patterns, and accessories; manage the full production cycle of branded merchandise (clothing, packaging, stationery, souvenirs, and custom orders for events); find factories and contractors, conduct tenders, optimize budgets, and control production timelines; check pre-production samples, control quality of production runs, and organize acceptance of finished products; maintain inventory records and timely launch additional production of bestsellers; participate in the preparation and execution of large-scale events and special projects in Russia and abroad.

Proven experience in production of clothing, merchandise, printing, or souvenir products; knowledge of production processes, printing technologies, textiles, and quality control standards; strong negotiation skills and ability to effectively manage contractors; high attention to detail (size charts, production runs, specifications, budgets, timelines); proactivity, multitasking, and readiness to work by the principle 'saw a task — found a solution — delivered results'; experience in fashion, retail, event, or production will be a significant advantage.

Work on large-scale projects and major events in Russia and abroad (including overseas business trips); real opportunity to influence the concept and development of the brand's own clothing line; allocated resources, established contractor base, and full team support without bureaucracy; income level and work format discussed individually with successful candidate.
