Develop and maintain a content plan for email newsletters, write email copy, and collaborate with the designer. Segment databases, verify segment relevance, and develop content for each segment. Set up trigger sequences in collaboration with the website developer, conduct A/B tests, and optimize templates and content. Monitor email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Postmaster) and work on preventing newsletters from going to spam. Track metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions), generate regular reports, and propose improvements.

1+ year of experience in email marketing. Skills in writing copy and headlines. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to improve campaign results. English proficiency sufficient for writing copy. Self-organization, deadline management, and multitasking skills. Readiness to propose and implement new approaches for customer retention and activation. Bonus points for: Experience in the perfume or beauty segment. Experience working with international audiences. NOT looking for: Agencies
