We are looking for an Email Marketing TeamLead for an international product company in the iGaming sector. Responsibilities include team management, planning and optimization of email campaigns, working with user databases, and analyzing effectiveness. Office in Limassol.

We are an international product company in the iGaming sector with a presence in the markets of Turkey, Europe, Africa, and Asia. We are currently looking for an Email Marketing TeamLead to head the email department and be responsible for developing user communications and improving the effectiveness of retention campaigns. Key responsibilities: — Managing the email marketing team: assigning tasks, supporting and developing employees; — Planning, launching, and optimizing email campaigns (promotional and informational newsletters) across multiple GEOs; — Working with user databases: segmenting audiences by behavior and activity; — Analyzing newsletter effectiveness (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate) and implementing improvements; — Conducting A/B testing to enhance the effectiveness of email communications; — Collaborating with CRM, designers, and the content team to coordinate communications; — Ensuring the correct and timely sending of email campaigns; — Working with trigger sequences and optimizing user communications.

Key requirements: — At least 3 years of experience in email marketing within the iGaming industry (Senior or Team Lead level); — Team management experience is a plus; — Proficient in email marketing tools and CRM platforms; — Practical experience with Customer.io is mandatory; — Experience with cross-brand newsletters; — Basic knowledge of HTML and email template layout; — Strong analytical skills.
