DevSecOps Engineer

DevSecOps Engineer position in Limassol, Cyprus, to build infrastructure security foundations, with remote option and relocation flexibility.

Building and improving identity and access management, secrets management, and secure infrastructure access. Strengthening Linux and cloud security, VPNs, and SSL/TLS certificate management. Integrating security checks into GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Improving infrastructure protection, incident response, and security practices. Helping define safe practices for AI tools and AI agents with infrastructure access.

5+ years of experience in DevOps or system administration, strong Linux skills, hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform, solid understanding of infrastructure security, identity and access management, and secrets management. English proficiency is mandatory. Russian language skills are a plus.
