DevSecOps Engineer (Middle/Middle+)

DevSecOps Engineer position in Fintech and AI-native products, fully remote for UTC+2 to UTC+5. Build a security department from scratch, integrate security into development processes.

Responsibilities: - Integrate automated security checks into GitLab CI/CD and analyze results from AI analysis. - Ensure protection, monitoring, and secure deployment of Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, ELK, Grafana. - Help developers write more secure code and develop the security direction from scratch. Our stack: own servers/VPS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, ELK, Grafana, Node.js, Python.

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in information security or in development with a focus on security. - Practical experience with CI/CD security (SAST, SCA) and Kubernetes/container security. - Understanding of networks, access control, and confident use of AI tools.

Format: Fully remote (UTC+2 ... UTC+5).
