Operational management of operational department staff Monitor compliance with hotel standards Analyze guest reviews and monitor hotel reputation, develop proposals to improve hotel service quality Provide necessary reporting to the Operations Director Conduct audits of guest food quality, condition of guest and staff areas, room stock and hotel territory Conduct individual conversations with subordinates to discuss current tasks Prepare budget of expenses and income for assigned departments Monitor internal financial operations Deputize for the Operations Director in their absence

Higher professional education (hotel management, organization management of tourism and hotel industry, economics and management at enterprises) Proficiency in software: Travelline, 1C, Fidelio, MS Office Confident knowledge of laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation Knowledge of rules for providing hotel services, organization of activities of reception and accommodation service and other hotel services Knowledge of security system organization, alarm system and rules of working with them Knowledge of labor legislation, internal labor regulations, labor protection and fire safety rules Foreign language skills will be an advantage
