Operations Director for a fashion brand in Limassol, Cyprus. Key operational role covering sales, production, team management, and business growth.

This is a key operational role with responsibility for almost the entire business: it is necessary to build a system that can work and grow effectively without the constant operational involvement of the founder. Main areas of responsibility: - Sales growth and CRM development - Production management and production planning - Store management and online sales - Collection launch planning - Team management and performance control - Purchasing, suppliers, fabrics, and inventory - Budgeting, expenses, margin, and management reporting - Business process optimization - Finding new growth opportunities and entering new markets

We are looking for a person with strong hands-on operational management experience who can not only manage but also independently build processes, implement control, work with numbers, and drive decisions to results. Experience in fashion/retail/production/consumer brands and managing multiple business areas simultaneously is especially interesting.

Team: ~18 people. Stores in Cyprus and Geneva + online sales. Own production in Cyprus. Location: Limassol, Cyprus.
