Data Science (Senior). Salary 174,000–215,000 RUB/month. Remote, RF only, full-time. Develops AI platform services for functional agents and AI assistants, agent registry, and unified knowledge bases.

Development of AI platform services for creating functional agents and AI assistants. Preparing the backend for functional agents, including an agent development environment: testing frameworks and open-source agents. Development of a service for managing the registry and skills of agents. Creation of a single unified service for all knowledge bases, integrating large corporate sources.

Understanding of architecture, capabilities and limitations of modern language models. Experience with embeddings, vector search, RAG, structured output and tool calling. Understanding of AI agent design principles: state and context management, tool selection, control of autonomy level and human-in-the-loop. Experience building evals for LLM systems, evaluating response quality, controlling hallucinations and monitoring system behavior. Understanding of risks: prompt injection, incorrect tool calling, data leakage and excessive agent access rights. Experience with language model APIs, Hugging Face and one of orchestration frameworks. Ability to evaluate cost, latency and scalability of LLM solutions. Experience in e-commerce, retail or other product highload systems. Experience with Airflow, MLflow, Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, Prometheus and Grafana. Experience operating GPU infrastructure and optimizing inference. Experience fine-tuning or adapting LLMs, including LoRA / PEFT. Experience designing agentic workflows or multi-agent systems. Understanding of information security, privacy and personal data principles.

Salary range: 174,000–215,000 RUB per month. Remote work. Location/citizenship: Russian Federation. Full-time employment.
