paytech is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (L2) in Limassol! paytech is a fast-growing fintech company transforming the way online payments work. What you will do: Resolve complex customer technical issues end-to-end, providing clear updates throughout the process; Troubleshoot advanced product, system, and integration problems using logs, transaction data, and system analysis; Reproduce reported issues in test environments and escalate bugs to Engineering; Assist with internal testing of new features, AI, and releases; Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base; Support and mentor junior agents.
What we expect: English proficiency at B2 level or higher (required); Russian (native or fluent) is a plus; 1+ years of experience in a B2B support role within fintech, payments, or a similar technical environment; Strong understanding of APIs, payment systems, and basic SQL/database queries; Ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users; Strong team collaboration skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
