We are looking for an experienced CRM administrator with customer support skills, not just sales. The role involves setting up workflows, integrating with telephony and AI via API, and creating analytics dashboards for the team.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar (self-hosted is a plus). Customer support experience. English: B2+ (conversational fluency required, native speaker on the team).
