Customer Service and Sales Specialist

EVROLOS, a leader in wastewater treatment systems, is looking for a specialist to handle client support and develop the service direction. Remote work, full-time schedule 2/2, salary 35,000 RUB + KPI.

Work with the database: processing 'hot' and 'warm' client inquiries (calls, incoming requests). Selling service services: offering additional service programs and services to clients. Handling complaints: receiving, processing, and promptly resolving claims (identifying causes, coordinating solutions). Reporting: maintaining documentation and reporting on results.

Sales skills: understanding client work principles and ability to identify needs. Technical literacy: ability to quickly understand technical information (training provided, but basic understanding is important). Experience: experience in sales or customer service (B2C) is a plus.

Remote work format; Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation; Work schedule 2/2 (from 8:00 to 20:00); Salary 35,000 RUB + KPI; Free corporate training and sales trainings at the company's expense.
