Fluent English (written & spoken) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Excel for managing tracking sheets Background in customer service, banking, finance, or compliance is a plus Ideal candidate: detail-oriented problem solver, takes ownership, multi-tasks seamlessly, patiently guides clients step-by-step.
