Support Agent for Trading Platform

Full-time remote support agent for an international trading platform. Engage with clients in English, Spanish, and Turkish via translator. Develop knowledge base and FAQ.

We are looking for a support agent for an international online trading platform. The platform offers trading in currencies (Forex), cryptocurrencies, stocks, commodities, perpetual contracts with leverage, and event contracts. You will handle text chats with clients in English, Spanish, and Turkish via translator and help build the support knowledge base. Clients ask about deposits and withdrawals (bank cards, e-wallets, crypto), first deposit bonus, account and demo account. Responsibilities: - Text chat with platform clients in English, Spanish, and Turkish via translator - Fill and update knowledge base and FAQ - Collect data per supervisor's request - Maintain reports on your work

Requirements: - 6+ months of experience in text support (chat) - Proficient written communication and confident use of online translators - Attentiveness, politeness, and stress resistance in client interactions - Willingness to work shifts, including evening shifts until 02:00 Nice to have: - Experience supporting brokers, crypto exchanges, fintech, or gambling - Basic understanding of trading: leverage, event contracts, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses - Knowledge of English, Spanish, or Turkish

Schedule: 45 hours per week, 5/2, floating days off Shifts between 12:00 and 02:00 Kyiv time (UTC+2)
