Customer IT Support Engineer
ENFINT is hiring a Customer IT Support Engineer. Fully remote position with flexible hours (Mexico time). Responsibilities include supporting clients, monitoring systems, and resolving technical issues.
What you’ll do - Support and resolve technical issues for clients using our AI Agents platform - Monitor system health and respond to incidents - Troubleshoot, prioritize, and escalate issues when needed - Coordinate cross-team incident resolution until full recovery - Communicate updates to stakeholders and customers - Lead post-incident reviews and improvements
What we’re looking for - 2+ years of relevant experience in IT support / operations - Basic SQL and API knowledge - Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, Kibana) - Familiarity with ITSM systems and ITIL basics - Understanding of AI Agents is a plus - Python is a plus - Strong ownership and communication skills - English fluency required (Spanish is a plus)
Fully remote (except Russia, Belarus, Ukraine) ⏰ 09:00–18:00 (Mexico time, CST/CDT)
