CTO in E-commerce

CTO for a new product from scratch (remote). Requires 3+ years as CTO/Head of Engineering in B2B, e-commerce or logistics, microservices architecture experience.

Hard Skills: - Experience as CTO/Head of Engineering for at least 3 years in B2B, e-commerce or logistics projects - Practical experience building microservice or modular architecture (DDD, API-first, event-driven) - Deep understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure - Experience integrating with 1C/ERP, WMS, CRM and payment gateways - Conversational English at B2 level Soft Skills: - Strategic thinking and ability to translate business tasks into technical language - Leadership qualities and experience in crisis management
