CRM Marketing Specialist

Wollmer, a Russian premium home appliance brand, seeks a part-time remote CRM marketer to boost revenue from an existing customer base.

Develop email and SMS marketing: create and launch campaigns, trigger chains, loyalty programs; segment customer base and analyze results in RetailCRM and Yandex.Metrica; test new mechanics, plan own work aligned with business goals.

Experience in CRM/email marketing with ability to lead the direction independently; writing skills for audience 35+; analytical mindset for data-driven decisions; self-reliance in goal setting, proposing solutions, and delivering results; systematic approach and adherence to deadlines.

Part-time: up to 3 days per week, without turning into full-time. Pay: 80,000–110,000 RUB/month depending on experience. Remote work with possible office visits in Saint Petersburg for important occasions. Freedom to choose tools and mechanics – evaluated by results. Large active customer base and direction not built from scratch. Team support: designers, marketing, analytics already inside.
