CRM Manager

CRM Manager at Menace, responsible for the entire CRM ecosystem, from bonus mechanics to user journeys. Full remote.

Build multi-stage user journeys and trigger communications (email, push, SMS, in-app). Calculate bonus economics (cost, EV, risk) and configure it in the platform. Segment audience, write copy, assemble templates. Perform QA for rendering, personalization, and logic before launch. Run A/B tests, monitor OR/CTR/CVR, and generate reports.

Experience with Customer.io or similar CRM platforms and BI/BO tools. Understanding of bonus mechanics and promo economics. Ability to write and build flows independently. Analytical mindset: launch -> measure -> improve.

Full remote. Core hours 11 AM - 4 PM CET, flexible schedule otherwise. Startup environment with ambitious growth plans. No bureaucracy or resistance to change. Positive culture and opportunities for growth.
