CRM Manager | Sweepstakes Casino Brand
CRM Manager wanted for a Sweepstakes Casino project to manage player retention, engagement, and lifecycle marketing. Focus on improving LTV and reducing churn.
We’re looking for a CRM Manager to join a growing Sweepstakes Casino project and take ownership of player retention, engagement, and lifecycle marketing. The role focuses on improving retention, increasing LTV, reducing churn, and building effective CRM journeys across the full player lifecycle. Responsibilities: • Manage CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and onsite channels • Build onboarding, retention, reactivation, and VIP journeys • Manage promotions, bonuses, tournaments, and engagement campaigns • Create player segmentation and automated CRM flows • Analyze campaign performance and optimize CRM KPIs • Work closely with Acquisition, VIP, Product, Support, and BI teams
Experience in CRM / Retention within iGaming, Sweepstakes, or Gaming Strong understanding of player lifecycle and retention mechanics Experience with CRM automation platforms Analytical and data-driven mindset Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
The role can start remotely, with potential relocation to Cyprus later on.
