Motion Designer needed for an arbitrage team, with experience in gambling, esports, sports, and gaming. Requires strong After Effects, Photoshop, and AI tools skills. Remote, 5/2 schedule, with salary + KPI bonus.

We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our arbitrage team. We are particularly interested in specialists with experience not only in gambling but also in esports, sports, and gaming. What we expect: Extensive experience in After Effects and Photoshop. Proficiency in advanced AI tools (Nano Banana, Veo, Kling, etc.). Good understanding of AI. A strong portfolio with relevant work. Ability to handle a large volume of tasks and materials. What needs to be done: Implementation of media buyers' tasks (video, static) - based on references and from scratch. Generation of deepfakes and characters. Development of gameplay for shooting. Adaptation of creatives for different GEOs. Assembly of banners and PWA. Shooting gameplay (if the designer has the opportunity). The main volume of work includes: AI generations, news, deepfakes, gameplay. Sometimes - static, PWA.

Extensive experience in After Effects and Photoshop. Proficiency in advanced AI tools (Nano Banana, Veo, Kling, etc.). Good understanding of AI. A strong portfolio with relevant work. Ability to handle a large volume of tasks and materials.
