We are looking for a Motion Designer for an online casino product. If you have experience in arbitration and understand what creatives really hook and convert, we are on the same path. What needs to be done: — Create static and motion creatives for iGaming offers — Work together with the media buying team — Quickly test hypotheses and scale successful combinations — Adapt creatives for different GEOs — Follow trends in gambling / arbitration

What is important: — Experience in arbitration teams — Understanding of the iGaming / gambling vertical — Ability to create both static and motion graphics — Experience with Facebook / TikTok / UAC — Sense of dynamics, triggers, and sales approaches Will be a plus: Understanding of CTR / CR Experience working with multiple GEOs Good eye for arbitration
