SonderAds is looking for a Motion Designer to create video creatives for advertising sources. Responsibilities include editing, adding animation, special effects, text, and sounds, implementing scripts and ideas into finished videos, automating editing workflows using templates, presets, scripts, and AI tools, adapting videos for different formats and platform requirements, and making quick edits based on test results. You will work closely with a team of scriptwriters, 2 artists, and sound designers.

4+ years of experience as a Motion Designer/Video Editor. Experience with advertising creatives. Experience with AI tools for editing acceleration. Understanding of video editing principles, composition, and rhythm. Ability to work with short video formats (TikTok/Reels/Ads). Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). Ability to implement script ideas and adapt them to platform formats. Independence, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines. Readiness to work in a dynamic environment and make quick edits.
