PremiumBonus is a technology B2B SaaS platform for driving repeat sales in HoReCa and Retail. We combine purchase data and help businesses boost repeat sales through automation, personalized communications, and AI — via Wallet, Push, Email, mobile app, and chatbots. Today we have 400+ clients, including Rosa Khutor, Abrau-Durso, NIKA, Novikov, #FARШ, Azimut Hotels, Mu-Mu, Yakitoria, Tashir Pizza, and others. We are looking for a CPO/Product Owner to lead the product direction and be responsible for strategy, economics, and business results. Responsibilities: - Formulate product strategy and roadmap. - Own P&L, unit economics, and monetization. - Manage product metrics: MRR/ARR, LTV, Churn, NRR. - Lead a team of product managers, analysts, and designers. - Collaborate with CTO on product & tech roadmap. - Launch product initiatives and experiments. - Work with CEO, CTO, Sales, and Marketing.

Mandatory: - 3–5+ years as CPO / Head of Product / Product Director in B2B SaaS. - Experience with P&L and unit economics. - Experience managing a product team. - Strong data-driven approach and understanding of product metrics. - Experience working with CTO and development team. Nice to have: - MarTech / CDP / CRM / Loyalty, HoReCa, Retail, Enterprise.
