What to do? • Select a teacher for a specific student request: for a trial lesson, replacement, after a pause, when changing the schedule, and in urgent situations. • Work with the teacher database and quickly find suitable options for the needed slots and conditions. • Monitor availability tables, data relevance, and correctness of slot filling. • Coordinate selection so that managers, curators, and supervisors receive a ready solution without searching for teachers themselves. • Use the platform and internal tools for quick and accurate request closure. • Keep the selection process in order and respond quickly to schedule changes or urgent substitutions.
