Business Trainer

Business Trainer position at Health and Relax clinic network in Moscow. Salary from 200,000 RUB + annual bonus. Develop and implement training systems, conduct management trainings, launch LMS.

Responsibilities: - Development and implementation of a unified system of training, development, adaptation (onboarding) and mentoring for branches of the network. - Participation in recruitment, adaptation and coordination of training and service specialists in branches. - Planning annual training programs for employees. - Personal preparation and conduct of trainings on managerial competencies. - Launching a distance learning system (LMS) from scratch, its administration and content filling. - Participation in the implementation of corporate culture elements in the activities of branches. - Organization and conduct of regular personnel assessment based on the results of internal and external training. - Planning, organization and conduct of procurement procedures to attract external training providers. - Formation, control and management of the budget for training events. - Preparation of reports, presentations and analytical sections on training effectiveness for company management.

Requirements: - Higher specialized education (pedagogical, psychological) or additional professional education in the field of personnel training and development (T&D, professional trainer schools). - Relevant experience in chain hotels, hotels or sanatoriums of 4-5* level from 3 years is mandatory. Experience in a management company will be your advantage. - Experience with LMS platforms, understanding of methodology for creating engaging content for online courses. - Confident PC user. - Readiness for regular business trips to company branches (Sochi, Anapa, Kaliningrad region, Moscow region) for conducting in-person training events. - Understanding of principles of forming L&D budgets and conducting tenders/procurement of training services will be your advantage.
