Tur de Friends is an original travel project. For six years we have been organizing small-group trips across Russia and the world in a 'like with friends' format: culture, nature, aesthetics, and well-thought-out timing. The project has a strong community; Instagram (60,000 followers) is one of the main channels.\nResponsibilities:\n• Assemble a weekly content plan for reach, trust, and sales\n• Develop messages and write texts: captions, Reels scripts, carousels, stories\n• Analyze strong travel and related niche accounts, find current formats and adapt them to the project's values without copying trends\n• Set tasks for a designer and Reels editor\n• Work with ready-made content from tours: select and adapt it for tasks and new formats\n• Provide tour organizers with clear briefs: what and how to film, which stories and details to highlight\n• Analyze results, test hypotheses, propose ideas\n• Find relevant bloggers, suggest integrations, and invite authors to tours\n• Develop the direction together with the founder: he remains the creative director, and you are responsible for daily content movement

• Experience running an Instagram account for at least 3 years, with cases showing your personal contribution and metrics\n• Strong visual taste: distinguish lively, quality content from mediocre\n• Understand Reels, carousels, Stories, and growth mechanics\n• Write texts and articulate ideas yourself\n• Understand the purpose of each post: reach, trust, or sales\n• Autonomy: propose ideas and see them through to publication without constant supervision\n• Comfortable with revisions\nNice to have: experience in travel, lifestyle, and other aesthetic niches.\nNot suitable: experience mainly on other platforms, strategy-only without hands-on work, only managing contractors.

Full-time, remote, flexible schedule; time zone mainly Moscow. Salary 80,000–150,000 RUB net + bonus for blog results. Team includes a designer and a Reels editor. Direct work with the founder, no micromanagement. Team trips.
