Content Manager (Short-Form and YouTube)

Forever Estates is hiring 2 content managers for short-form and YouTube. Remote, full-time or part-time, USD salary.

Manage content production from idea to publication. One person for short-form (Reels, Shorts), another for YouTube long-form. Responsibilities include researching what works, generating idea lists, assigning research tasks, drafting scripts, managing editors and designers, reviewing edits, publishing, trial reels, and analytics. KPI: attracted clients.

Aspiring to become top 1% content expert. Experience not required. Organizational skills, strong research, and ability to finish tasks. Experience in creative agency or marketing is a plus. Fluent English required.

Report directly to founder and CEO (ex-BCG, led Ozon's retail non-credit business, grew from zero to top-5 in Russia). Remote. Full-time or part-time. Salary in USD, depends on seniority.
