Content Manager (Short-Form and YouTube)

Two content manager roles: one for short-form (Reels, Shorts) and one for YouTube long-form. Manage content production from idea to publication, research, script drafts, and team coordination. Remote, full-time or part-time, USD salary.

Manage content production from idea to publication. One person for short-form (Reels, Shorts), the second for YouTube long-form. Research what works and create idea lists. Assign tasks to the research team and create first script drafts. Manage editors and designers, review edits. Publish, run trial reels, and analyze KPIs: attracted clients.

We are looking for those who want to become top 1% content experts. We have worked with people from MrBeast, Iman Gadzhi, and Law By Mike teams, so there will be mentors. Experience is not required. Organization, strong research skills, and ability to follow through are important. Experience in a creative agency or marketing is a plus. Fluent English is required.

Report directly to the founder and CEO (ex-BCG, led Ozon's retail non-credit business, grew it from zero to top-5 in Russia). Remote, with possible relocation to the UAE in the future. Full-time or part-time. Salary in USD, depends on seniority.
