Content Maker / SMM Specialist

Cosmetology clinic Reverie and plastic surgeon Lev Sotsky are looking for a content maker/SMM specialist. Salary: 80,000 RUB + additional motivation. Hybrid format: 4 shooting days in clinic, remote editing.

Responsibilities: - Manage social media for the plastic surgeon and the Reverie cosmetology clinic; - Be present at the clinic 4 days a week for shooting (editing and preparing publications remotely); - Shoot doctors in the work process, record expert videos, interviews, and image shots; - Create photo and video materials with results of procedures and operations (before/after); - Find relevant news topics, adapt trends, and generate creative ideas; - Edit dynamic vertical videos (Reels/Shorts) and write clear theses for publications; - Design a harmonious aesthetic feed and post engaging Stories; - Maintain publication volume (about 5 posts/Reels and about 10 Stories per week per account).

Experience in creating content for social networks, strong visual taste and awareness; - Confident mobile shooting skills, understanding of working with light and sound; - Proficiency in mobile video editors (CapCut, VN and similar); - Understanding of algorithms and attention retention mechanics in Reels; - Competent speech, tact and delicacy when communicating with doctors and patients; - Systematic approach, meeting deadlines, and initiative; - Experience in plastic surgery, cosmetology, beauty, or premium segment is a big plus.
