Content Lead (UGC Media Manager)

Content Lead for UGC media at Gorod Talantov in Kemerovo. Salary 120,000-150,000 RUB, hybrid work, official employment.

Gorod Talantov is a large public, business and residential center near the Tom River in Kemerovo. The project develops the urban environment, supports local communities, launches laboratories, festivals and improvement projects. The team is looking for a leader of a new UGC direction who will unite local creators, communities and citizens around the transformation of the city. Responsibilities: - Develop the project's digital platforms: Telegram, Instagram, VKontakte (in the future - YouTube); - Build work with local authors, creators and activists to create joint UGC content; - Attract city residents to participate in urban, cultural and environmental initiatives; - Find and grow authors within local communities; - Form a live media about people, projects and changes in Kemerovo.

Relevant experience in SMM, media and community management; Proven experience managing authors / distributed pool of content makers; Genuine interest in urbanism, urban environment development and social design; Residence in Kemerovo or willingness to relocate.

Salary: from 120,000 to 150,000 RUB; Official employment; Hybrid work format and flexible start of the day (after probation period); Work with a large city-forming project and strong meaningful impact on the region.
