Create dynamic video content for sports events, edit Reels, and propose ideas. Based in Moscow.

- Shoot at tournaments, trainings, and events (on phone or camera); - Edit dynamic Reels following trends; - Propose ideas, scripts, hooks, and formats; - Follow trends, music, and sounds; - Write captions and covers (a plus).

- Good experience shooting and editing vertical videos, with portfolio; - Understanding what 'goes viral' in Reels and ability to hold attention from the first seconds; - Lives in Moscow and ready to go to shoots; - Proactive, with good taste and sense of rhythm; - Knowledge of sports content or paddle (padel) is a plus.
