Lead UGC media and community development for a new public business center in Kemerovo. Salary 120,000–150,000 RUB, office work with hybrid option.

Gorod Talantov is a new public and business center in Kemerovo developing urban communities, local initiatives, and projects in the urban environment. Responsibilities: — Manage and develop Telegram, Instagram*, and VKontakte, ideally YouTube; — Attract active citizens to participate in city projects; — Create UGC content together with local authors, creators, and projects; — Develop authors within local communities; — Build a new UGC media direction and interaction with city communities.

— Relevant experience in SMM and community management; — Experience managing a pool of external authors; — Interest in urbanism and social design; — Based in Kemerovo or willing to relocate.
